Early Birds and Planning Ahead

When arranging for multiple schools, planning ahead becomes very important. Most schools understandably want music at about the same time: early in the fall, around the beginning of the school year. Though it always seems like summer break goes on forever, there is actually quite a limited time available, and fall seems to show up before you know it. To combat the logjam that sometimes happens in late July/early August, I am setting up a calendar system this year to allow my arranging clients to reserve due dates for each of their arrangements. Once a due date is reserved, no one else can claim that date--that way I can be sure to devote my full attention to delivering the arrangement you ordered!
Reserving your arrangements early means that not only do you get the early bird discount, you also get the first pick of due dates on the calendar, so you get your arrangements exactly when you need them. Choose a date for delivery of the piano/vocal score, and another date for delivery of band parts, if needed. If you just have a general idea of when you want your arrangements and prefer not to pick a specific date, I will be happy to suggest an open date for you and add you to the calendar.
So the moral of the story is: reserve your place on the calendar early, and pick the due date that works best for your group!
